The Art Tart
The Art Tart took the Banksy Can Festival by storm with her shocking stencil art and performance. Both talented artist and controversial performer; the Art Tart’s recent work couples her high heels, big red lips, leopard stockings, French knickers and open shirt with a spray can that takes street art to a new level. Her art is self reflective, often showing her naughty side. Bending over, riding a spray can, farting roses and golden showers reveal a playful side to her light hearted art practise.
The Art Tart has previously worked for Damian Hirst on his Spin paintings and Butterfly pieces. She has assisted the international street artist Nick Walker and has posed naked for David Bailey.
